For complaints about staff:
Employee and Labor Relations ELR is a resources available to all UCR employees (including student employees). Staff members are invited to contact ELR for a consultation to explore potential options, resources and strategies for resolving or addressing workplace-related concerns.  
 
For Complaints About Students:
Student Conduct and Academic Integrity Programs For students experiencing bullying by other students or student organizations
Graduate Division Graduate Division may be consulted and provide resources to address reports of abusive conduct by or affecting graduate students 
 
For Academic Employees and Staff Members:
Faculty and Staff Assistance Program Offers confidential counseling, referral and other needed services to staff, faculty, and their family members on a wide range of personnel concerns
